- How long does a topographical survey take in Surrey?
- A typical 1 ha residential site is captured in one to two days on site and drafted within five working days as a fully attributed 3D DWG or Revit model. Larger plots (5+ ha) benefit from drone photogrammetry, which typically keeps fieldwork to two to three days.
- Do you survey to RICS specification?
- Yes — our default is RICS Specification for Topographical Surveys, 4th edition, Band B. We can also work to bespoke specifications where the planning authority or design team requires additional attribution or accuracy levels.
- Can you include a tree survey in the same visit?
- Absolutely. Our surveyors capture tree survey data to BS 5837 (crown spread, trunk girth, height, species) at the same time as the topographic detail, which avoids a second site visit and gives you one integrated CAD model.
- Do you cover the whole of Surrey?
